Coronavirus 18th May

I watch my wife return to work today. I hear her voice tinged with concern, as with many others. I hear of the measures the trains are taking to remain safe, the teachers still asking how they are to avoid primary children from mixing, and I hear the Labour’s opposition ministers saying they need more transparency from Government. It doesn’t fill me with confidence.

I’ve listened to a virologist talking about the efforts made to find a vaccine, encouraged until he put a timescale on things. They’ll identify something by next year, test it thereafter and mass produce it all within eighteen months!  He sounded as if this was good!

POSITIVITY My lockdown gardening project has moved on, back filling around the new pebble pond, whilst Michelle starts to plant up the old waterfall pool. Some nice bits from the re-opened garden centre.
