Coronavirus 9th May

So, Mark Drakeford of the Welsh Government DID use his head as against his dwindling purse. Open Garden centres and opportunities to exercise more than once a day, very cautious and yet very sensible!

The number of Coronavirus cases has been falling until there was a sudden jump up Wednesday and Thursday of this week. Some would like us to believe that this was because of an increase in testing. I hope they’re right!

POSITIVITY It seems for once, that the virus took second billing to the VE day of celebrations. We didn’t push the boat out, but a bottle of lager, fancy dress and a couple of good friends made the difference. Then, that evening, we watched a sparkling collection of BBC singers celebrate with a complilation of songs, capped off by a tribute to Vera Lynn, as the all sang ‘You’ll never walk alone.”  It was very definately tear breaking stuff!
